transformation process. The Hospitality Zone Assessment (HZA) is
designed to identify issues and barriers that prevent
improvement in the function and management of a hospitality
zone, as well as to harness existing resources to affect
positive change.

information from a broad base of stakeholders (60-80
organizations) and culminates in a consensus-driven 6 month
action plan.
