RHI Services: Leadership Summit

The Leadership Summit is a process to organize the results from the four Roundtables. Identify five individuals from each Roundtable to serve as the leadership for defining a 5-point action plan with recommended outcomes to be achieved as:

  • five consensus goals

  • that are achievable in six months

  • using existing resources or minimal additional support

  • based upon changed perceptions and better understanding and communication

  • through collaboration and cooperation

  • utilizing a facilitated task force incorporated into an existing organization.

Summit participants review information collected at the Roundtables and identify resources and partnerships necessary to implement recommendations. The final report from this event will serve as the blueprint for the year and can be used as a baseline for follow-up Hospitality Zone Assessments in the future.
